Ingredients
  1. 1 Medium Sweet potato, peeled and spiralized
  2. ¼ Cup Butter, melted
  3. 2 tsp Honey
  4. ⅓ Cup Pecans, chopped
  5. 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  6. 1/16 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  7. ¼ Cup coconut whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
  1. Toast pecans at 350 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Peal and spiralize sweet potato.
  3. Steam sweet potato in steamer basket for 5 minutes. Remove from steamer.
  4. Combine butter and honey.
  5. Drizzle melted butter mixture over sweet potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon, then nuts over potatoes.
  7. Top with coconut whipped cream. (Optional)
